Michael Smith Health Research BC (Health Research BC) is British Columbia’s health research agency. Our purpose is to strengthen BC’s health research system by supporting the people, institutions and activities that generate and use research-based knowledge to promote, restore and maintain the health of British Columbians. In line with the conference's title of increasing access to evaluation, we intend to use the funds gathered through the sponsorship to provide bursaries and travel grants to students, emerging evaluators, and members of under-represented groups.
